Sam Cheow is Senior Vice President, Global Trends and Makeup Product Development & Innovation Portfolio, at The Estée Lauder Companies. In this role, Sam oversees makeup portfolio innovation worldwide to maximize and drive makeup across brands and regions. He also leads the external makeup innovation portfolio to bring the best of external suppliers to accelerate speed to market and complement internal innovation capabilities and collaborates with Category, Brand and Product Development leadership to develop and enable the company’s makeup portfolio innovation strategy.

Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies in 2019, Sam served as Senior Vice President, Global Product Development & Innovation, NYX Professional Makeup, L’Oreal USA. Throughout his time at L’Oreal, he also held other various roles including Chief Product Accelerator and Head of CMO Agency. Sam holds a Bachelor of Communications Studies (BCS) in Public Relations from Auckland University of Technology and a Master’s in Business Excellence from MIT Sloan Management.
