Stefano leads Coty’s Consumer Beauty brands worldwide, with a strong focus on strengthening brands equity, global positioning, and innovation performance. Coty fragrance, color cosmetics, and skin care brands include icons such as CoverGirl, Sally Hansen, Rimmel, Adidas, Bourjois, Max Factor, Nautica, and a portfolio of luxury fragrances such as Gucci, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Chloe, Calvin Klein, Tiffany, and several others.

Stefano is a beauty and skincare expert, having spent almost 30 years working in the beauty, personal care, and health industries in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. From his time at Markwins Beauty Brands and Johnson & Johnson, Stefano has built a deep expertise in brand building and channel expansions.

Stefano was born in Rome, Italy, naturalized American, and has lived and operated in 9 countries across USA, Europe and Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from LUISS Guido Carli University.
